What to do if you didn't allow camera or mic access?

If you accidentally denied access to your camera or microphone while using Microsoft Edge, your browser may be preventing Blitzz from functioning correctly. To resume video calls or other features that require these permissions, you must reset the site permissions.  

How to Reset Permissions in Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Lock icon on the left side of the address bar.
  2. Click Permissions for this site.

  3. For each permission (Camera, Microphone, Location): Change: Allow → Block → Ask (default).

  4. Close the panel and return to your Blitzz call page and refresh the page.
  5. You will be prompted to allow access to your camera and microphone; be sure to select Allow.
