Today, the reference field (shown in the image below) is optional and is a place you can free text up to 50 characters things about the call that can help you remember what the call was about. In the future, we plan to roll out features that you can force the user to input a certain format of numbers or a string of characters depending on the use case. We will keep you updated as we release this feature.
