How to Fix "ShowMe keeps stopping" Error on Android


In this article, we have compiled a list of methods that you can try to fix "ShowMe keeps stopping"

Method 1: Clear the Cache & Try Again

A cache is a storage location where data that is accessed repeatedly is stored.

So, if you clear the cached data for an app, there is a possibility that the issue should be fixed.


  1. Open the "Settings" app on your Android device.
  2. Scroll down and look "Apps and Notifications"
  3. Scroll down to find the desired app (ShowMe) and click on it.
  4. Click on "Storage"
  5. Now, you will find two options – “CLEAR DATA” and “CLEAR CACHE“. Simply, click on “CLEAR CACHE“.

Method 2: Reset the Application (Clear Data)

If clearing the cache did not work, then, this time, you need to reset the app by tapping "CLEAR DATA" in order to fix the error. (Same steps as in method 1)

Note: Clearing the data would delete all your app’s data, information, and reset the settings of the app.
