Why Is the Live Pointer Disabled or Not Clickable?

The live pointer may be disabled (grayed out) for one of these reasons:

1. No one is sharing video.
2. A guest is sharing their screen.
3. Another tool is active, like Markup or Extract Text. Stop that tool and the pointer appears within 1 to 2 seconds.
