Blitzz Help Center

Gallery View displays participants’ video streams in a responsive grid during a Blitzz session. The layout automatically expands or contracts as participants join or leave the meeting. When Gallery View is turned off, only a single participant’s video is shown at a time.

Note: After pinning a participant, all enabled Blitzz features and tools will continue to function. If recording has started, a recording indicator will be visible in the upper-right corner of the desktop.

How to Enable Gallery View

  1. Login as an Admin and click Session Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Collaboration Profiles from the expanded submenu.
  3. Select the Collaboration Profiles for which you would like to enable Gallery View. In the Settings tab, Scroll down to Enable Gallery View and toggle the switch ON.
  4. Depending on the host’s device, multiple cameras may be available for the session. To ensure the correct video is used or disabled, there are three options:
    • OFF - The agent must manually start their video.
    • Front Camera - Automatically uses the device’s front camera when joining.
    • Back Camera - Automatically uses the device’s back camera when joining.
  5. Click Save to apply these settings to the Collaboration Profile.

Using Blitzz Tools like Markup

Now that the videos are on the screen, how do you access the tools at the bottom? To pin a participant’s video for all participants, simply click on the participant’s picture you want to use with the Blitzz tools. This will move that video to the center of the screen, keeping the Blitzz interface familiar. You can then use the tools - take photo, markup, extract text, and more. When finished, return to the Gallery View by clicking 'Return to Gallery View' at the lower-right corner of the screen.
