Custom branding helps reinforce your company identity and creates a consistent experience for both agents and guests. Blitzz allows you to upload your company logo so they are displayed across all portal interfaces.
How to upload a Company Logo
- Login to the admin portal and click Global Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click Branding from the expanded submenu.
- In the Brand Logo tab, under the Company logo section, click Upload logo and choose your Company Logo you want to upload.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Where your logo will appear
Once uploaded, your logo will be visible on the following pages:
- Agent Portal: Visible in the top-left corner for your agents.
- Agent Portal: Shown during a session, before the video starts for your agents.
- Guest Portal: Shown during a session, before the video starts for guest users on their phone, tablet, or computer.
Logo guidelines & recommendations
- Use a square logo with a white background.
- Avoid using images with a transparent background, these will be converted to a black background.
- Remember to pick something simple and recognizable that will be easy to see even if it appears very small in the user's browser.
- Use a high-resolution PNG image to avoid pixelation. (Recommended: 500 × 500 px).
- Supported formats include .jpg, and .png.
- Animated GIFs and SVG files are not supported.
- Maximum file size: 500 KB.

Displays your company logo in the top-left corner of the Agent Portal.

Shows your company logo to guest during a session before the video starts on their phone, tablet, or computer.
