Custom Privacy Policy / Terms & Conditions for Guest Users

Blitzz allows you to require guest participants to review and agree to your Custom Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions before joining a session.


How to Configure Your Custom Privacy Policy

To enable a custom Privacy Policy, go to your Admin Panel and navigate to Session Settings > Customize Privacy Disclaimer.

  1. Language: Select your preferred language. Only the currently supported languages will be shown.
  2. Link Text: Enter the text that will be displayed to describe your content. (Max. 50 characters)
  3. Link to URL: Provide the URL to your privacy policy. If you have multiple documents, create a landing page containing all your legal pages (eg. blitzz.co/legal)
  4. Popup Consent: Enable this switch to display a popup requiring users to agree before they connect.
  5. Text to Display: Enter the message that will appear in the popup. (Max. 2000 characters)
  6. Save: Click Save to apply your changes. They will take effect immediately for both new and existing calls.


Assigning the Custom Privacy Policy to Collaboration Profiles

After completing the above steps, navigate to Session Settings > Collaboration Profiles and select any Collaboration Profiles from the list. In the settings tab, you will see the Option to select a Customized Privacy Disclaimer for the particular Collaboration Profiles.


Guest user's view

When a guest join a Blitzz session, they are shown your Custom Privacy Policy before the call starts. The guest must review and accept the policy (if consent is enabled) to proceed and join the session.
