A favicon is the small icon displayed in a browser tab, bookmarks, and browsing history. Adding a custom favicon helps reinforce your brand identity and provides a more polished experience for users accessing your Blitzz site. You can customize the Blitzz agent interface by adding your own favicon. For example, here’s how the Blitzz favicon appears:
How to Add a Favicon to Your Agent Interface and End-User Portal
- Login as an Admin and click Global Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click Branding from the expanded submenu.
In the Brand Logo tab, under the Favicon section, click Upload favicon and choose the image you want to upload. Supported formats include .ico, .jpg, and .png. Note: .svg files are not supported.
Make sure to choose a square image with equal height and width - for example, 20×20 pixels.
- Remember to pick something simple and recognizable that will be easy to see even if it appears very small in the user's browser.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
