Note: This feature is released for internal Beta testing and will be available to all customers starting April 2021.

As you customize your Blitzz experience, you may need to update the Agent Portal. Blitzz allows you to set a custom portal name and use a unique logo specifically for your Agent Portal. By default, the portal name is displayed, and the Agent Portal uses your Domain logo.


How to Update the Agent Portal Name

  1. Login as an Admin and click Global Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Branding from the expanded submenu.
  3. In the Portal Name and Localization tab, select the language you want to update, then enter the Host Portal Name.

  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
