Removing Participants from a Blitzz Call

Introduction

The ability to Remove Participant from Call provides agents with essential control to manage who is present in an active Blitzz session. This feature helps maintain focus, manage privacy, and ensure that only relevant individuals are participating.

When to Use This Feature

You might use this feature if:

  • An unintended participant has joined the call.

  • A participant is no longer needed in the session.

  • There is a need to manage call participants for privacy or security reasons.

How to Remove a Participant

During an active Blitzz session:

  1. Access Participants List: Navigate to the participants panel or list within your Blitzz session interface.

  2. Identify Participant: Locate the name of the participant you wish to remove.

  3. Open Menu: Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the participant's name.

  4. Select Remove: From the dropdown menu, select "Remove Participant."

The removed participant will be disconnected from the call immediately.

Important Notes

  • Session Specific: Removing a participant only affects their presence in the current call. They may be able to rejoin if they have the session link and the session is still active and accessible.

  • Host/Agent Control: This feature is typically available to the agent or host of the Blitzz session.
